The Beginning
Forzur started with a simple idea: skip the agency overhead. Two senior operators, working directly with founders who needed real software without the markup, account managers, or layers in between. Our first build — a local e-commerce site — set the tone for everything that came after.
Sharpening the Model
After enough projects to know what actually worked, we doubled down on staying lean. No junior handoffs, no project managers translating between you and the people writing the code — just direct, senior delivery and accountability that doesn't disappear after launch.
